Session 3 of 10 - Mr. Kornblum, a highly experienced trial and litigation lawyer for over 50 years, will conduct ten 75-minute Webinars sessions on the Essentials of Civil Litigation with the objective of helping lawyers at all levels to evaluate their approach to handling civil cases. The course will explore what you need to consider and how to focus on refining your skills so you can better serve your client in litigated matters. The course will cover topics from when you first agree to represent your client through trial.
Session Three begins the process of a discussion of how to manage the case efficiently so that the time is spent wisely in moving the case to an acceptable resolution. The emphasis will be on the planning, organization, delegation and supervision of the case towards that timely resolution. Mr. Kornblum will provide suggestions for Effective Case Management of the case anticipating further discussion of how to implement that plan efficiently.
