This session will be devoted to ‘Drafting the Complaint to Tell the Story and Other Case Strategies’ with a specific emphasis on the development of your essential understanding of the skills required to be at effective at trial.
This course is to serve as the one of the phases of preparing yourself for trial and will help you understand the essentials to being effective in the trial forum.
