The Protections and Limits of the First Amendment when it comes to Expressive Conduct. This PowerPoint assisted presentation deals with the First Amendment insofar as it regulates, affects, or permits certain forms of expressive conduct. The casual observer is familiar with First Amendment protections with respect to speech. However, Expressive Conduct can sometimes be considered speech, and other times not.
