Attorneys are judged every time they speak—in client meetings, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and internal discussions—and yet many feel pressure, lose clarity, or struggle to stay in control when challenged. This program introduces a practical speaking framework, SPEAK, designed specifically for attorneys who need to communicate clearly and confidently in live, high-stakes settings. Participants will learn how to structure what they say so it makes sense the first time, prepare in a way that reduces anxiety, engage listeners without overexplaining, adapt when interrupted or questioned, and keep control of their voice, pace, and presence under pressure. By the end of the program, attorneys will be able to explain complex legal issues in plain language, recover smoothly when they lose their train of thought, and speak with greater confidence and credibility from the conference room to the courtroom.
