This program is geared towards lawyers, experts, commercial property owners, and others in the environmental regulatory community to assist in preparation and participation in environmental litigation matters. The program is aimed at those with minimal understanding of environmental regulations in the United States and/or complex litigation processes. In this program we will focus on the types of cases that can be filed, the forum in which to file such cases, witness selection including experts, preparation of expert reports, presentation and preservation of factual evidence, and goals and objectives relating to trial presentation.
