Kathy Huynh, Esq., represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law in U.S. federal and state courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration.
Kathy has experience in wage and hour class and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions as well as collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). She also litigates claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to provide reasonable accommodation and other causes of action arising under state and federal law. She also represents clients in background check litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Kathy’s clients span all industries, with an emphasis in technology, manufacturing, and transportation companies. In addition to her litigation practice, Kathy advises clients on California’s complex employment laws. She regularly helps employers review and revise their employment policies and procedures, including policies on wage and hour issues, employee background checks, and paid sick leave.
Kathy also provides employment law compliance training to management and executives. As a litigator, Kathy also has extensive experience litigating a broad range of business and commercial claims.
