Dana Shaker is a non-practicing lawyer, trained mediator, coach for lawyers, and certified yoga instructor. After working in law firm, government, nonprofit, policy, and entrepreneurial contexts, Dana now works as an attorney development associate for Paragon Legal, where she provides mentorship, guidance, and support to attorneys on short-term, independent projects for in-house legal teams. She also maintains a coaching practice for attorneys focused on supporting their mental and emotional wellness, self-development, and career advancement. A lifelong learner, Dana believes that there is always room to grow and time to change directions in our careers, especially as we learn to better listen to and honor who we authentically are. Dana earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A., summa cum laude, in Sociocultural Anthropology with a minor in Legal Studies from Scripps College.
