Carol J. Rubin oversees Jenner & Block's professional services including Finance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Project Management, Practice Group Management, and Office Operations across the firm. She is responsible for supporting execution of the firm's strategy through creation of a best-in-class operational infrastructure.
Carol has more than 30 years of experience transforming the productivity of private, public, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, she served in leadership roles at the University of Chicago, the Chicago Transit Authority, Exelon Corporation, the Chicago Park District, and the Illinois Facilities Fund. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and French Literature and holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University, where she was a Kennedy Fellow. Carol is on the board of College Possible Chicago, which helps low-income high school students get into and graduate from college.
