MODERATED-Session 10 of 10 - Mr. Kornblum, a highly experienced trial and litigation lawyer for over 50 years, will conduct ten 75-minute Webinars sessions on the Essentials of Civil Litigation with the objective of helping lawyers at all levels to evaluate their approach to handling civil cases. The course will explore what you need to consider and how to focus on refining your skills so you can better serve your client in litigated matters. The course will cover topics from when you first agree to represent your client through trial.**In Session Ten, Mr. Kornblum will review several topics you must address in trying your case. These will include how to address the jury in opening and closing, what to consider in decisions regarding the order of witnesses, suggestions for presenting your evidence, and other topics relating to developing your presentation at trial, whether court or jury trial, or arbitration. This will be an excellent opportunity to pull this series together in its final session.
