AI, an innovative technology that was once a supporting act for digital transformation, business strategy and future planning, has become the main event, with GenAI and agentic AI having a significant impact. Organizations’ operational and economic destinies now depend directly on how quickly and responsibly they can industrialize AI. To put the matter simply, playtime is over. It's time to pick up the pace of change while also effectively managing risk and new legal structures that govern AI usage.

Active AI users are seen worldwide as AI leaders: Their AI strategy is well-defined or in progress. Their level of AI understanding is “mature” or “evolved.”  At the opposite extreme are AI laggards — organizations that have a poorly defined AI strategy (or none at all). With such rapid adoption and usage, come crucial issues of governance and legalities - adopting necessary guardrails and best practices, passing new legal requirements for AI usage, monitoring and remediating AI generated hallucinations, errors, and legally problematic results.

In our program we will examine the global AI-universe, check trends in AI technology and adoption, and analyze emerging legal developments.
