COVID-19 has created a dramatic shift in the needs of all lawyers, whether they practice in-house, in firms, or for a governmental agency, with salary no longer as big a factor. Lawyers now want greater flexibility to work remotely and prefer that more court and other matters be conducted using videoconferencing and other options.
This program will discuss the American Bar Association’s 2022 Practice Forward survey and report, and highlight the factors firms must consider to recruit and retain attorneys and staff, including technology, flexibility, and greater initiatives relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
