A basic overview of evolving federal securities regulation of cryptocurrencies as "securities" that is designed: 

  1. provide a basic understanding of what features of Coins, Tokens, Stable Coins and NFTs are deemed by the SEC to subject those instruments to regulation under the federal securities laws
  2. a review of SEC enforcement actions against sponsors and promoters of, and exchanges trading, cryptocurrencies
  3. a review of emerging SEC regulatory regime for cryptocurrencies and possible congressional action affecting that possible regime.
