Session 5 of 10 - Mr. Kornblum, a highly experienced trial and litigation lawyer for over 50 years, will conduct ten 75-minute Webinars sessions on the Essentials of Civil Litigation with the objective of helping lawyers at all levels to evaluate their approach to handling civil cases. The course will explore what you need to consider and how to focus on refining your skills so you can better serve your client in litigated matters. The course will cover topics from when you first agree to represent your client through trial.

This session is about working with your client so that there is a good relationship between you and that client. The session will include suggestions for communicating with your client as the case progresses. Also, Mr. Kornblum will provide his suggestions for preparing your client for their deposition, how to manage that process, how to prepare the client for the questioning process, as well as what will occur during the deposition (e.g. when objections to questions are made).
