Most law firms have a strategy and all law firms have a compensation system. This session will help law firms with a business strategy to refine or better focus their strategy and for firms without a business strategy provide the tools to develop one. Additionally, the program will introduce the “Partner Contract” concept that directly links how to drive firm strategy through and compensation incentive system that rewards those partners who work to achieve the firm strategy and provides disincentives for those who do not.
