Victoria represents clients in New York and New Jersey, focusing on complex civil and commercial issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Victoria served as the judicial clerk for the Honorable Frank J. DeAngelis, J.S.C. in Morris County Superior Court, in Morristown, New Jersey. As a law clerk for the Hon. Frank J. DeAngelis, Victoria drafted bench memos and statements of reason on a wide variety of complex business litigation issues. In addition, Victoria worked as an associate in the general liability department at Hoagland Longo Moran Dunst & Doukas.
Victoria received her undergraduate education from Pace University, and she received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law. While in law school, she was a research assistant for Prof. David Opderbeck examining cyber insurance and password encryption issues. Victoria was also an Articles Editor on the Seton Hall Law Legislative Journal. She interned for the Hon. Steven C. Mannion in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Hon. Cheryl Ann Krause in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also participated in the Immigration and International Human Rights Clinic and received The Center for Social Justice Award for outstanding performance in the clinic.
