Thomas R. DeCesar, Esq. is an associate in the Harrisburg office of K&L Gates LLP, where he focuses his practice on transportation issues, including United States Department of Transportation compliance and Federal Aviation Administration matters. He represents clients in the growing unmanned aircraft system industry on various regulatory issues, in addition to representing other clients on intelligent transportation system-related issues. When not dealing with transportation issues, he represents clients in commercial and energy-related litigation. Previously, Mr. DeCesar was a law clerk for Judge Samuel G. Wilson for the United States Federal District Court.
