Tanya  Nesbitt, Esq.

Tanya Nesbitt, Esq. specializes in helping businesses in heavily regulated industries such as energy, refining, chemicals, forestry and mining. She helps her clients navigate regulatory chaos and take back control. Tanya has represented small to sophisticated businesses in environmental permitting, natural resource and land management and wildlife management in relation to federal public lands. Her experience includes working with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Natural Resources Division, the Bureau of Land Management and Forest Service in Greater Sage-Grouse litigation as well as working as an Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C.
