In the area of intellectual property, Mr. Jain has worked on a variety of matters analyzing damages resulting from patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark disputes. Mr. Jain has provided consulting and expert witness testimony in the area of false advertising damages. His antitrust experience includes the development of economic models to analyze issues of class certification, liability and damages in federal price-fixing cases.
