Steven J. Glassman, Esq. is a partner in the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP. Formerly an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, a Patent Examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and Chief Civil Appellate Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office, he has litigated lengthy and complex cases before federal juries and judges in private practice for over 25 years, including securities, commodities, fraud and contract cases, as well as patent and technology cases. Mr. Glassman has chaired continuing education and industry programs, and has written and lectured on a variety of matters, including jury trials, working with experts in litigation, reliance on advice of counsel, and advantages of litigation versus arbitration.
