Steven D. Cox, Esq. is in the Real Estate group in the London office of K&L Gates LLP, where he holds the position of Of Counsel. He deals with all aspects of commercial property, including the sale and purchase of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters and property finance. He acts for a wide range of clients, including property owners, occupiers, investors and lenders. A LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), a distinction he earned through the Green Building Certification Institute, he has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, as well as the LEED Rating System.
