Ms. Feutz-Harter has over 30 years of experience in health care law, and her legal practice encompasses health care operational and regulatory compliance, such as HIPAA and HITECH, patient treatment and consents, medical professional licensure actions, risk management, clinical research, managed care, involuntary commitments, accreditations, and medical staff bylaws, credentialing, and hearings. She also has developed and implemented compliance programs for a variety of health care entities, and previously served as Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer for a managed care company. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Feutz-Harter practiced as a nurse.
