Sarah Delon-Bouquet, Esq. is Counsel in the Paris office of Bryan Cave LLP. She focuses her practice on labor and employment law, and serves as her firm’s Team Deputy Leader for European Labor and Employment. She has significant experience in advising and representing international clients having business activities in Europe and in particular in France with day-to-day issues related to labor law. Ms. Delon-Bouquet also advises clients on the employment aspects of cross-border corporate transactions and she advises clients on EU and French data protection and privacy law compliance, as well as issues related to cross-border data flows, transfer of data outside the European Union and implementation of protective measures. She has written and spoken on such issues.
