Before joining The Law Office of Barry E. Janay, P.C., Roshni gained valuable experience at a boutique New Jersey law firm, where she worked on estate planning and corporate matters, as well as in real estate and commercial law. She also previously worked as a Regional Medicaid Manager for a national long-term care company, where she developed a deep understanding of public benefits, Medicaid, and guardianship matters.
Roshni is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of estate planning, long-term care advocacy, and fiduciary representation, ensuring their interests are protected at every stage.
Roshni’s expertise extends beyond traditional estate planning. She has significant experience in corporate healthcare matters, including Medicaid, probate, and litigation. Additionally, she works closely with executors and trustees on the administration of estates and trusts, providing guidance on long-term care planning, Medicaid eligibility, and guardianship arrangements. Her background enables her to address complex legal challenges while providing personalized service to her clients.
Roshni earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the New England School of Law in Boston. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Temple University. While in law school, Roshni had the unique opportunity to attend the National University of Ireland as part of a study abroad program with U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Jr. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Edward G. Smith in the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.
