Approaching, addressing and evaluating the estate planning needs of clients with diverse backgrounds including cultural, religious and traditional considerations. The program will highlight how to navigate the estate planning process when dealing with people with diverse cultural background, possible language barriers, and barriers to the translation of concepts specific to estate planning and health care decision making. 

Specific topics to be discussed include:

·        Jewish practices including the Halachic Living Will

·        Principles of equality and perspectives on Gifting

·        Religious perspectives on Organ donation

·        Funeral Rituals among various religions
