Robert J. Walters, Esq.
Robert J. Walters, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in its Washington, D.C. office. A member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department, he focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and counseling. He is an experienced trial attorney and has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous state and federal jury trials. Mr. Walters frequently speaks on intellectual property litigation topics, and he is currently the Vice Chair of the International Trade Commission (ITC) Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
