Peter is a former law clerk for the Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and began his career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. Prior to founding Scoolidge Peters Russotti & Fox LLP, Peter helped establish a national IP boutique where he handled cases against technology companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Dell, Canon, and HP.
