Previously, he was a founding partner of Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLC where he practiced for over 27 years (1979-2006). He was also a partner at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLC (2006-2008) and BakerHostetler LLC (2008-2013).
