Michael H. Ginsberg, Esq., a partner at Jones Day, resident in its Pittsburgh office, is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice on the representation of policyholders in disputes with insurance companies regarding coverage for product and environmental liabilities, toxic torts, and bad faith. Mr. Ginsberg chairs his firm's Lawyer Training Committee and is a former board chair of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) for whom he frequently serves as a program director (Pittsburgh Regional Trial Program), team leader (National Program), and teacher.
