He specializes in environmental law, focusing on complex contaminated site remediation and redevelopment, natural resource damages and toxic tort litigation. He has defended clients in RCRA citizen action suits, Superfund litigation, state law actions, natural resource damage claims, and regulatory enforcement matters concerning contaminated sites. In representing clients at complex sites, Mr. Daneker also works with the client in development of a long-term strategy for site resolution, including remedy selection, natural resource damage mitigation, insurance or other risk transfer mechanisms, and brownfields redevelopment work.
