Meridyth Andresen, Esq. is a litigation partner in the Phoenix office of Bryan Cave LLP. Mrs. Andresen is a member of Bryan Cave’s Health Care Team and practices in the complex civil litigation, class action and healthcare litigation arena. She has represented and advised some of the country’s most prominent managed care companies and health insurers, including those offering Medicare and Medicaid programs, on a variety of state and federal law issues. Mrs. Andresen has successfully handled a variety of healthcare matters, including but not limited to, litigation involving the peer review privilege, quality assurance programs, healthcare contracting, reimbursement disputes, utilization management programs, coverage issues, etc. She has also successfully litigated cases involving Medicaid and Medicare plans.
