Mark DeMonte
Mark W. DeMonte, Esq. is an associate at Jones Day, resident in its Chicago office, where his areas of focus are business and tort litigation, energy and energy dispute resolution, administrative and agency litigation, and e-discovery. He regularly represents clients in a broad range of matters involving all phases of complex disputes before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, arbitrators, and mediators, including assessment of potential claims, defenses and settlement, discovery (including managing the costs of e-discovery), pretrial motion practice, trial, post-trial, and appeals.
