Kristy Kimball is a partner in Holland & Hart LLP’s Salt Lake City office. Kristy's practice focuses on counseling health and life science companies on a spectrum of operational and regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse, HIPAA, state licensure and credentialing, and FDA regulations. Kristy serves as outside counsel to several major hospitals, healthcare businesses, medical device companies, and tech companies operating in the healthcare space. Prior to attending law school, Kristy worked for Pfizer, Inc. for more than 13 years, serving in a management role for several of those years.
