Kristen A. Carroll is a Partner at Wilson, Elser Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP and comprehensively assists clients at all levels of litigation by lending her appellate expertise on a range of general and complex liability matters, specializing in transportation and construction. She primarily briefs and argues appeals in the First and Second Departments of New York’s Appellate Divisions and has extensive motion practice experience on the state and federal level. 

Kristen also serves as a legislative guide, enabling her firm to remain on top of recent legislative changes that have dramatic impacts on the area of law in which she practices. She routinely authors legal alerts and articles on legislation pending before New York state representatives and its governor, and closely tracks each bill through the legislative process and advises on amendments as they transpire. In addition, Kristen provides a hands-on role at the trial stage of litigation through trial monitoring for appellate issues as well as briefing pre- and post-trial motions.
