Kelly Druten Green is the Director of Professional Development at Ogletree Deakins. In this role, she is responsible for the training and development of attorneys in 50+ plus offices across the firm. Kelly is a frequent speaker and author for both legal and business organizations on a wide variety of topics related to attorney development and engagement. As a former practicing attorney and recruiting professional, she brings over twenty years of experience and depth to her role and is committed to helping lawyers craft successful and fulfilling careers. She is an active member of NALP and the PDC and was the founding member of the local PDC group in Missouri. Kelly graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from American University.
