Joseph Hall, Esq. is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Mr. Hall is Co-Chair of Dorsey’s Energy Industry Group and is responsible for, among other things, developing, implementing and managing Dorsey’s strategic initiatives in the power, clean tech, oil, and natural gas industries. His practice focuses on the power industry, with an emphasis on industry participant responses to competition, and he has extensive experience representing electric utilities, independent power producers, power marketers, industrial customers, private equity firms, and other entities in regulatory matters concerning FERC enforcement and compliance and FERC litigation, among others.
