Jonathan W. Hughes, Esq. is a director with the Litigation Department of Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, P.C., and serves on his firm™s Management Committee and in its Professional Responsibility Practice Group. His practice focuses on litigation involving private companies and partnerships, including hedge funds, venture capital funds, and private technology companies, and he has substantial experience representing lawyers and law firms in complex litigation and legal ethics matters. Mr. Hughes, who has lectured on a variety of digital litigation topics, including the discovery of electronically stored information and the use of technology in trial, served as law clerk to the Honorable Melvin Brunetti of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit prior to joining Howard Rice.
