John is an ASA, CFE, CAMS, MAFF, is a fraud investigator, expert witness, and financial consultant based in New York. He has over 17 years of experience providing litigation and consulting services, including commercial damages assessments, corporate investigations, business valuations, fraud investigations, ability-to-pay analyses, asset tracing exercises, and other forensic accounting work. Mr. Rollins specializes in matters involving complex financial issues and international disputes. He works with a variety of clients ranging from defense attorneys to government enforcement agencies, court-appointed trustees and examiners, monitors, corporate boards, financial services and investment management companies, and individuals. He has testified as an expert, interviewed witnesses, led document reviews, prepared reports, and assisted counsel during depositions and trial. His experience includes consulting on matters involving cryptocurrencies and ICOs, including trial testimony in a high-profile criminal fraud case against an unlicensed cryptocurrency exchange and its operators. Mr. Rollins is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars and is the incoming Co-chair of the ABA’s Forensic & Investigative Practices Committee (2018-19) and serves as the VP of Finance for the NY Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers.
