John S. Adams is a trial lawyer who works tirelessly to advocated for his clients—whether in the courtroom, boardroom, mediation, or arbitration. He blends sharp legal acumen with a deep understanding of economics and business relationships for a winning combination; achieving a number of significant courtroom victories. He handles a wide variety of cases, including those dealing with breach of contract, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, and complex probate/estate matters.
John earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in Dallas after obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
Before joining LPHS, he served as a law clerk for the United States District Court in the Western District of Texas and worked for the preeminent legal writer, Bryan Garner. John has published articles in a variety of periodicals, including the Dallas Bar Journal, the Texas Law Book, Appellate Advocate, the ABA Corporate Counsel Newsletter, and the ABA Business Torts & Unfair Competition Section.
