Jessica Moran is an associate in the complex commercial litigation and disputes practice group. Ms. Moran concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage. She also has experience in labor and employment law.
Ms. Moran’s commercial litigation experience includes commercial contract and class action cases. Ms. Moran also has insurance coverage experience representing policyholders in a variety of insurance coverage disputes, such as long-tail asbestos and environmental liabilities and professional liability policy and general liability policy disputes. As part of her labor and employment practice, Ms. Moran has assisted with labor arbitration. Ms. Moran also has investigatory and mass tort experience.
In particular, Ms. Moran has experience with motions practice and general pre-trial litigation experience.
