Jeffrey Arnold, Esq., an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in its Chicago office, focuses his practice on employee benefits matters and has experience in drafting plan documents, amendments and resolutions for qualified pension plans, and others, and in representing clients before the United States Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service, regarding plan qualification issues in plan audits.
