James B. Insco II, Esq.
James B. Insco II, Esq. is of counsel in the Pittsburgh office of K&L Gates LLP, and a member of its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Mr. Insco is a rated pilot and uses his aviation experience when counseling clients developing compliance programs regarding their use of unmanned aircraft systems. He has worked with telecommunication, upstream and midstream oil and gas entities, and agribusiness interests exploring the use of unmanned aircraft in their sectors. In addition to this work, he practices in a variety of areas, including complex commercial litigation, and defense of product liability claims for a diverse group of manufacturing entities.
