Hillary Maynard advises clients on various aspects of intellectual property law, including trademark and copyright prosecution, enforcement and portfolio management. She is committed to understanding the industry in which clients operate and regularly advises clients on technology, IP licensing agreements, portfolio maintenance and enforcement of trademarks across multiple industries.
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Hillary was an Intellectual Property Associate for a full-service litigation firm. Hillary was a Chicago Intellectual Property Colloquium Fellow and served as Director of Communications for the Intellectual Property Law Society. Upon graduating law school, Hillary received a certificate in international law.
