Herb Rubenstein is a highly acclaimed attorney, legal educator and the author of numerous books on leadership, ethics and business. He has taught ethics, business and leadership courses at several universities and has taught online for over 20 years for many organizations including Thomsen Reuters, Bisk Education, CPA Academy, Virginia Law Foundation, and others. He has been an ethics consultant to lawyers, nonprofit organizations, educational organizations, government agencies and companies. He will leading a new company to provide large scale online education programs to explain Web 3.0 (the Metaverse) as well as the opportunities and risks associated with the future of the internet.
He is a Phi Beta Kappa/Omicron Delta Kappa graduate of Washington and Lee University, a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar to the University of Bristol, Bristol, England where he received a graduate diploma in Social Sciences. He received his Master of Public Affairs degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs of the University of Texas at Austin and received his law degree from Georgetown University. He is an active member of the DC, MD, VA and Supreme Court Bar.
