Hassan Aburish is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. He focuses on employment litigation and counseling for employers in a wide range of issues including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, leaves and accommodations, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Hassan has experience defending employers in federal and state courts, as well as in investigations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Fair Employment & Housing (DFEH), and the California’s Labor Commissioner’s Office. While in law school, Hassan served as law clerk for the Office of the California Attorney General where he prepared investigative subpoenas and reviewed documents for state and federal privacy investigations.
