Greg Overstreet practiced law for 28 years in the big city but had enough of big city attorneys’ attitude. A country boy at heart, who grew up in a town of 60, Greg wanted to practice law in a small town where people understand that being a jerk follows you around and it’s better to be honest and good to people. But at the same time, Greg can hold his own with big-city attorneys because he’s fought against them for decades.
Greg has a general civil practice. He also serves as a mediator to resolve disputes without expensive and angry litigation, and as local counsel assisting attorneys from other states with their Montana cases.
