Gene A. Weisberg, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of Gladstone Michel Weisberg Willner & Sloane, ALC, where his practice is focused on insurance coverage and complex litigation involving insurers and other businesses. He represents insurance companies in property and liability matters, and he has written numerous coverage opinions and defended many declaratory relief and bad faith lawsuits involving a variety of issues.
