Don  Bonomo, Esq.

Donald T Bonomo, Esq. is a founding member and senior partner of The Law Offices of Perez

and Bonomo. He is a Consumer Protection Attorney dedicated to helping families and individuals

achieve their financial goals, and overcome legal obstacles and challenges. 

A former Judicial Clerk of the Honorable Joseph Yannotti, Appl. Div. (2002), Mr. Bonomo has

consistently advocated and represented the people of this community steadfastly and

consistently achieves favorable results for his clients. 

Mr. Bonomo, is a recipient of the 2017 Equal Justice Medal for outstanding legal services

provided to the people of New Jersey. He provides legal services to the community by way of

seminars, Continuing Legal Education classes teaching various disciplines to other attorneys,

and outreach programs to the community such as the Division for Veterans affairs.

Mr. Bonomo is a member North American Consumer Bankruptcy Association, the New Jersey

State Bar and Bergen County Bar. He is accredited and licensed in The New Jersey State

District and Federal Court. He is also licensed in the U.S. Tax Court, Court of International Trade

and Court of Veterans Affairs. 

Mr. Bonomo has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bergen Record, and the Jersey Journal

throughout his 15 years of legal experience. He has written for several publications regarding

Bankruptcy and foreclosure law and frequently lectures regarding same at St Peter’s University

and Jersey City University as well.
