Curtis B. Leitner represents individuals and companies in white collar criminal and regulatory matters, and in high stakes civil litigation in federal and state court. His cases have involved a wide range of topics, including insider trading, improper disclosure and other types of fraud; offensive and defensive employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation; and commercial disputes.
From 2008 to 2009, Curtis was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Debra Livingston of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and from 2007 to 2008, he was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Freda Wolfson of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, in 2007.
Curtis has been named a “Rising Star” by Thompson Reuters’ Super Lawyers every year since 2015. He is a member of the Dartmouth Lawyers Association and the New York City Bar Association
