Coleen Middleton, Esq.
Coleen F. Middleton, Esq. brings 25 years of legal experience and business acumen to help companies achieve their goals. Coleen has served as in-house and outside General Counsel for a wide variety of companies. She also has significant Big Law experience representing billion-dollar clients in high-stakes litigation and investigations worldwide.
Coleen currently serves as General Counsel for Ark GBST, Ltd., a global distributor of personal protective equipment (PPE), and Secure Medical Products, Inc., a durable medical equipment company. She is also owner of a law firm based in Philadelphia, PA. Coleen previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey.
Coleen is a graduate of Princeton University and New York University School of Law. She is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
