Cliff Stricklin, Esq., a partner in the Denver and Boulder offices of Bryan Cave LLP, advises clients on False Claims Act, Stark, and other commercial disputes and defends them against government inquiries and private allegations of wrongdoing. Mr. Stricklin is an accomplished trial lawyer who has successfully tried and won some of the nation’s largest, most complex cases. Prior to private practice, he served in a variety of leadership roles with the U.S. Department of Justice, including First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado and a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the Enron Task Force. Mr. Stricklin is an adjunct professor over the White Collar Criminal Law course at the University of Colorado’s School of Law, and previously taught litigation skills at Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of law.
